Are these pieces of jewelry truly unique in the world?
Absolutely, as each coin or antique that we use to make the jewelry is unique and unrepeatable. Additionally, each piece is handcrafted in our workshop.
Where do the antiques come from?
They always come from the most prestigious antique shops, those with an impeccable career. In this way, we are assured that the antique is genuine and hasn´t been stolen. Each piece is accompanied by two Certificates of Authenticity.
Will the piece of jewelry that I receive be identical to the photographs?
Yes, given that they are unique, you will receive the exact piece of jewelry that you have bought. With respect to the colors, we kindly request that you keep in mind that they can be slightly different to the photographs, as each monitor or screen can display them with somewhat different hues.
How is the jewelry made?
It is always handcrafted, in 18 karat gold and with the utmost respect for history: we always maintain the antique intact. We bring these treasures back to life without altering them, adapting our designs and settings to the antique object.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
The delivery time varies between four and 15 days, depending on the destination. Please keep in mind that you won´t be receiving just any product, but rather a genuine antique, for which there are certain protocols that could alter the delivery period. What is the delivery cost?
It is free and insured, via UPS. Additionally, shipping to many countries is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that the customs duties are included in the price. Read more.
Can I return a product?
In the highly unlikely case that the product arrived damaged or had some defect, you could return it within 14 days and we would cover all the costs. Likewise, if for some reason, you weren´t satisfied, you could return it as long as it hasn´t been used, that it is returned in perfect condition and that the seal tag is intact. We’ll collect it for free and refund your money. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions section.
What is the guarantee?
Our hope is that our jewelry lasts for a lifetime and for that reason they are of the highest quality. They have two-year (24 months) guarantee in the case of any production defect. This doesn´t cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by inappropriate use.
Will I receive the piece of jewelry gift-wrapped?
Yes, you will receive a luxurious gift-wrapped box.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Credit card, Paypal and bank transfer.
Is it secure to pay with a credit card at the online store?
Completely. The website uses an encrypted system to ensure that no one can access your payment information.
Do you provide after-sales services?
Yes, in the future, if at any moment your piece of jewelry needs a repair, you can send it to us and we will take care of it, making sure that the shipping, just as the repair have the lowest cost for you.
Is this piece of jewelry also an investment?
Yes, because in addition to its value as a piece of jewelry, both the antique and gold will increase in value over time.
