Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders.
All European countries, United States of America, Mexico, Canada , Australia and New Zealand are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price.
VAT is included where applicable (European Union)
Australia: GST is also included in the product Price
All other countries are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations. All product prices displayed for DDU destinations are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, please be aware that you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We will assist you on what this amount will be for your destination. Prior to dispatching we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.

Delivery times
The delivery time varies between 4 and 15 days, depending on the destination. We are not responsible for customs delays.
In addition, please keep in mind that you won´t be receiving just any product, but rather a genuine antique, for which there are certain protocols that could alter the delivery period. For some pieces and destinations, we are obliged to request a exportation autorization to our govern, an this could take 15 to 20 days.
Cancellations
You may cancell your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. We’ll return your money within 1 to 3 days. However, once shipped, you should have to wait delivery and proceed as a Free Return (see down below)
Returns
We hope you will be very satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all seal tags still attached. All our items come with a tag attached that allows to try the jewel, but not to use it. A sale will be deemed final if this seal has been broken, or if the item is used or incomplete.
Our expert will screen all returns before granting a refund or an exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges or returns, however, if you are based in a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) country, you will need to pay taxes and duties on this. Please contact for more information.
Of course, in the unlikely case the ítem you receive is wrong or arrives broken, we will always collect it free of charge and refund the money.
Refund could delay 15 days from the date in which we receive the returned piece.
Guarantee
Two-year (24 months) guarantee in the case of any production defect. This doesn´t cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by inappropriate use.
